Please be as specific as possible. Some things we will need to know include: Which fixture you have in mind as a starting point, the desired finishes, the overall scale, and the install location.

If you do not know yet, do not worry, our design team will be happy to help you work through the details to create a fixture that is just right for you.

Most of our fixtures use standard light bulbs that are readily available from any bulb supplier or a well stocked hardware store. The bulb type for each of our fixtures can be found in the Technical Specs drop-down menu found on the relevant product page.

Most of our offerings are handmade to order and will ship when they are ready.

The lead time for lighting to ship is generally 8-10 weeks.

The lead time for glassware to ship is generally 1 week.

In stock items will generally ship the next business day.

We will be in touch if an item that you have ordered has an unexpectedly long lead time.

If you require something more quickly please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Because of the handmade nature of our products we do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with the item you receive we will do our best to accommodate.

Our team upholds strict quality control standards and reasonable variations in size and finish are to be expected.

Contact us within 5 days of receipt if an item arrives damaged.

Photographs of the damage will be required so that a claim can be made with the carrier and a replacement can be sent.

PATINATED BRASS

All brass patinas are unlacquered and hand-sealed with a light layer of wax. Dust gently with a duster or soft rag. Do not use brass cleaners as they will remove the patina.

RAW BRASS

Raw brass fixtures are unlacquered and will develop a natural patina over time. The original shine can be restored using brass polish and a clean, soft rag.

GLASS

For clear glass, wipe gently with a mild glass cleaner. For frosted or etched glass, dust gently with a duster or soft rag. Do not scrub frosted glass or place any glass components in the dishwasher.

CLEAR AND COLORED GLASS

Hand wash with mild soap and water. Never put our hand-blown glassware in the dishwasher.

23K GOLD

For pieces that have been embellished with gold luster, extra care must be taken to ensure the longevity and continued brilliance of your glassware.

Hand wash with mild soap and water avoiding abrasive cleaning tools.

Never put our hand blown glassware in the dishwasher.

Neptune Glassworks warrants all its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following time periods from the date the product was shipped to the original end use purchaser.
